Shipping & Returns

We currently ship all over Australia. If you would like to have something delivered to somewhere outside Australia, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do to assist.

We own, warehouse and distribute all the products that are available to purchase on our site because we know that to deliver a superior customer experience, we have to be responsible for the entire process. We believe that if you are satisfied and enjoy the shopping, purchasing and delivery experiences you have with pvq, you’ll come back for more. You may even tell people about it, which is why we’re focussed on making things as easy as possible. All goods are stocked and warehoused in Sydney, Australia.

While our terms and conditions supersede the comments below, we have added the following to give you a brief sense of what to expect. Generally speaking:

  • We use either Australia Post or a courier for deliveries.
  • We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, please contact us straight away. Please do not leave it more than 7 days after taking delivery to contact us, however if it is after 7 days and the goods are in original condition (preferably in the original packaging) we won’t have a problem refunding you if that’s what you desire.
  • We aim to have goods delivered to you within about 3 business days if your delivery address is in a major Australian city. This is NOT a guarantee, but it’s generally about how long it takes. If you’re in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, it could be sooner. If you live in a regional area it is likely to take longer.
  • We will contact you as quickly as we can if something is going to delay the delivery of your goods beyond our normal deliver times, and, if we have not yet shipped your order, you will be given the opportunity to cancel it and receive a full refund.
  • If you aren’t sure if your order was placed, or if you aren’t sure if we have charged your credit card, please contact us. We’ll be happy to help.
